It's a tad big for girls looking for something basic to only hold a few earrings, but I intend to use it as my jewelry box in college so its perfect.
In terms of the material, not for girls who aren't careful with their stuff because it will get dirty. Otherwise it's really nice and totally worth the price. (Posted on 9/5/10)
