- Shipping & Delivery
- All Mele & Co. website retail orders ship free* - every day (*continental US only). We currently only ship within the continental US. Orders generally ship within 24 business hours when placed by noon. Orders ship via Fed-Ex Home Delivery service. This service delivers Tuesdays through Saturdays. Please allow 1-7 additional shipping days depending on the destination location. The day of shipping does not count as a shipping day so will add an additional day to delivery. You may upgrade your shipping for faster delivery for an additional fee. Please call 1-888-733-0631 to place expedited orders or indicate in the “Special Remarks” when you place your order and we will contact you to process the upgraded transaction. All orders will receive an electronic tracking number via email after they ship so that delivery times and locations can be tracked.
We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. - Sales Tax
- Sales Tax is only charged on orders shipped into a state in which Mele & Co. has a physical location. At this time, we are based in New York and Connecticut and thus charge sales tax ONLY on orders shipped within these two states. If your order is shipped outside of New York or Connecticut, sales tax is not calculated on your orders.

- Return Policy
- At Mele & Co. we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase if the item is in new condition or is deemed to be defective. If the item is damaged we will replace or refund at your request. Return credits will not be issued until we receive the returned product and inspect.
